These terms govern your use of the Dalala app and its online service ("Dalala"), operated by Cromma ("we", "us"). By using Dalala you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where they conflict, these terms apply to the extent allowed by law.

1. The service

Dalala turns melodies you record into demos on your iPhone and, if you choose, into songs generated in the cloud. Cloud songs are created by AI from your demo as a reference; they will not reproduce every note exactly, and results vary. On-device features work without an account. Cloud features require signing in with Apple.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Account › Delete account; this permanently removes your membership status, remaining credits and cloud songs.

3. Membership (auto-renewing subscriptions)

• Dalala offers Plus, Pro and Max memberships, each billed monthly or yearly. Prices and included credits are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period stays active until it ends.
• Monthly memberships add their credits each month. Yearly memberships add the whole year's credits at the start of each year.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Credits

Credits pay for cloud songs. The app shows the credit cost before you start a song and only charges if you confirm. Credits come with membership or as one-time credit packs, do not expire, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred. If a cloud song fails, its credits are returned. Use Restore Purchases in the app to restore purchases made with the same Apple Account.

5. Your content

You keep the rights you have in your recordings, melodies and lyrics. You give us a limited license to store, process and transmit them, including through the providers listed in our Privacy Policy, only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload. Do not use Dalala to infringe others' rights or to create unlawful content.

6. Generated music

Subject to these terms and the terms of the AI providers that generate it, you may use the music Dalala generates for you. AI-generated music can resemble existing works by chance; you are responsible for how you use and publish it, and for checking that it is suitable for commercial use where you intend that.

7. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, overload, resell or misuse the service, and do not attempt to access other users' data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Dalala is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use Dalala after a change means you accept it.

1. 服务内容

哒啦啦在你的 iPhone 上把录下的旋律做成小样，并可按你的选择在云端生成歌曲。云端歌曲由 AI 以你的小样为参考生成，不保证逐音一致，效果因作品而异。本机功能无需账号；云端功能需通过 Apple 登录。

2. 账号

你对账号下的行为负责。你可随时在「设置 › 账号 › 删除账号」删除账号，这会永久删除会员状态、剩余积分与云端歌曲。

3. 会员（自动续订订阅）

• 哒啦啦提供 Plus、Pro、Max 三档会员，均可按月或按年订阅。价格与所含积分在购买前于 App 内展示。
• 确认购买时，费用从你的 Apple 账户扣除。
• 除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订，订阅将按相同价格与周期自动续订。
• Apple 账户会在当前周期结束前 24 小时内扣除续订费用。
• 购买后可在 App Store 账户设置中管理或取消订阅。取消后不再续订，当前周期在到期前仍然有效。
• 月付会员每月发放当月积分；年付会员在每个年度开始时一次发放全年积分。
• 退款由 Apple 按其政策处理，可在 reportaproblem.apple.com 申请。

4. 积分

积分用于云端成曲。开始成曲前 App 会显示所需积分，你确认后才扣除。积分来自会员或一次性积分包，不会过期，不可兑换现金，不可转让。云端成曲失败时积分退回。在 App 内使用「恢复购买」可恢复同一 Apple 账户的购买。

5. 你的内容

你对录音、旋律与歌词享有的权利仍归你所有。你授予我们有限许可，仅为向你提供服务而存储、处理和传输这些内容，包括经由隐私政策中列出的服务提供商。你应确保对上传内容拥有相应权利，不得用哒啦啦侵犯他人权利或制作违法内容。

6. 生成的音乐

在遵守本条款及生成音乐的 AI 服务商条款的前提下，你可以使用哒啦啦为你生成的音乐。AI 生成的音乐可能偶然与现有作品相似；你对如何使用和发布这些音乐负责，如需商用，请自行确认其适用性。

7. 使用规范

不得逆向工程、恶意占用、转售或滥用服务，不得试图访问其他用户的数据。违反本条款的账号可能被暂停。

8. 免责与责任限制

哒啦啦按「现状」提供。在法律允许范围内，我们不保证服务不中断或无错误，不对间接或附带损失负责；我们的全部责任以索赔前 12 个月内你向我们支付的金额为限。本条款不限制你依消费者保护法享有的权利。

9. 条款变更

我们可能更新本条款，新版本会发布在本页并更新生效日期。变更后继续使用哒啦啦即视为接受。
